The Companies are committed to handling personal information of employees and customers from the European Economic Area in accordance with the Safe Harbor Principles. To protect your privacy when you browse and/or make use of the services provided through the Event Website, the Companies follow certain basic rules:

Notice. Generally, personal information is requested when: (i) existing customers register to attend the Event through the Event Website; and (ii) visitors to the Event Website request certain information about Company information, products, and/or services. Please note that the Companies do not control the privacy policies or data-sharing practices of the third parties who provide such products or services. Such third parties may have privacy terms that differ from this privacy policy, and they may share personal information different from the way this Privacy Policy permits.

Data Integrity/Security. The Companies collect personal information that is relevant for the purpose for which it is to be used, and the Companies will take reasonable precautions to ensure that such data is appropriate for its intended use. Additionally, the Companies take precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Enforcement. If you believe the Companies have not adhered to these rules, please notify us by e-mail at info@infor.com or DataPrivacyInquiries@lawson.com, and the Companies will do their best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Be certain the words "Privacy Policy" are in the subject line.
